BigEast Construction is a Tarion-registered  Custom Home Builder in Innisfil, Ontario, specializing in waterfront and large-scaled estates.  

Our company was founded in 2009, by owner and president, Cole Leibel, and we continue to pride ourselves in crafting quality homes over a decade later.  As a third-generation home builder, experience is everything.  

The majority of our work is provided in-house by our skilled team of trades, and carefully selected sub-trades.  We primarily build in the Lake Simcoe / Georgian Bay Area, and have built a strong reputation among the families we’ve had the pleasure of building for.
